Do you want to transfer a domain name out of Registration Technologies (RegistrationTek.com) ?
For that you will need to unlock it (you can do it easily from your customer panel, go to Edit This Domain or Change Name Servers and unselect the domain locking option) but you will also need an auth code to give to your new registrar (to where you want to transfer it) and to receive it you will need to contact their support by going to the “Support” link, close to the “Logout” link.
Hope this help, I also had to search before knowing where to find Registration Technologies / RegistrationTek.com auth code … that info could be in the faq.

To obtain the authorization code, email support#RegistrationTek.com. Request the authorization code for the domain name you want to transfer.
